Kent and Rob's last training session before Saturday's run with the Big Dawg's.

Training:
DROM
5 x 5 Barbell Lunges(increase weight each set as able)
A1) 3 rounds of "Lynne" - Max rep pullups + Max reps deep, parallette pushups
B1) AMRAP/10 of 200m Row + 10 strict, overhead press
